Suspension Services
Servicing your suspension is
important to your ride quality and to prevent excessive wear of your components.
We recommend service intervals of 15-20 hours of riding for serious racers and
30-40 hours of riding for more casual riders. Going past the limit will cause a
loss of dampening to occur as well as wear to the internal parts.
Includes complete disassembly , cleaning, inspection of
parts and polishing the lower fork tube outers to remove nicks. Forks are then
reassembled using Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and high quality
oils. Any worn parts or fatigued valving are replaced. Labor price does not
include fluids or wear parts such as seals, bushings, springs, etc.
Includes complete disassembly, cleaning, inspection of
internal parts, and polishing the shock shaft. The shock is reassembled using
OEM parts and high quality oil. Any worn parts or fatigued valving is replaced.
Labor price does not include fluid, nitrogen or wear parts such as seals,
bushings, springs, etc.
There is no such thing as a basic revalve. At JCS Racing we do much more. We have an extensive rider profile filled out for each person as even
riders of the same speed and weight may require different settings. We modify the internals,
polish certain internal parts, install custom made parts when necessary. Compression, rebound,
and midvalve valving are addressed as needed, as well as pressure springs and clicker adjustments.
Every bike and ATV is different, but nothing is overlooked in the quest for the best personalized ride.
Our revalves are guaranteed to meet your expectations. We will work with you for as long as you
own your motorcycle or ATV. If you gain weight (aarrgh!!), lose weight (yes!), get faster or
change the type of riding that you do, updates will be performed at the time of a service
for no additional labor fee. Also, as we continue to test, if we develop better settings,
these updates will be performed during any service.
Your continued satisfaction is our number one goal.
